Discovering your God-Given Gifts – Not Just Another Course

Rowan and Joanne will be running this course for four weeks starting Monday, 19 September 2022 in The Oasis.  You are right if you thought it was a course, but this is not just another course! There is no reading, no work to do, just attend.

This course will not only help you find out what your gift is, it will also help you understand how to use it in all the areas of your life like in church, in your relationships, or even your job. It will help you understand why you see things differently or feel fulfilled in different ways to other people in the church, even in your own family.

But using your gift should not be a chore, rather it’s a fulfilment of the gift God gave you!  He has given us something so wonderfully unique that our own individual gift will bring us joy as we use it, and more importantly, it will draw us closer to God.  Even better, as we all use our gifts, they will complement each other even though they are all different. Just as Romans 12 verse 4 reminds us, our gifts intertwine; one body with many members, each with different functions.

No, this is not just another course; this is the beginning of a new chapter and it’s right on our doorstep ready to be explored.
