Jack Jackson Retirement

On Sunday 30th September 2018, the Rev. Norman Cameron presented Jack Jackson with a gift at the
morning service to thank him for his years of service as Building Supervisor of High Kirk PCI. Jack was
appointed to this position on 1 July 2012 after covering the role on a temporary position from December
2011. Jack saw his position as one where he could bear witness to the love of God to everyone inside
and outside church and he felt it was his great
privilege to care for and look after God’s building.
He was diligent in all he did and enjoyed the
challenges of each day. Jack was known to carry
out many tasks which were over and above his
contract and always with a smile. We would
thank Jack and also Laura for the manner in
which they undertook this position and wish
them God’s blessings for a long and happy
retirement.
